If we are unable to immediately reach you during the visit, we will follow the steps below:
1.If any item is “sold out,” we will proceed to purchase the remaining items in your order and provide a refund for the “sold out” product.
2.If the entire order is “sold out,” we will take a photo to verify our presence and refund the full product price along with half of the service fee.
