If hkdaigou.pro compensation is included
A. Covered by compensation
1.The item did not arrive(non-delivery, loss, etc.)
2.Obvious product damage(breakage, missing parts, etc.)
3.I received a different product than what I ordered.
B. Not covered by compensation
1.Subjective reasons such as the color being different from what was expected.
2.I ordered it by mistake.
3.Issues related to compatibility and materials
4.Issues concerning authenticity
5.Minor scratches, scuffs, and discoloration(damage to the outer box or packaging is not covered).

We primarily act as an agent for car and motorcycle parts from Southeast Asian websites, and while there are usually no problems, there are occasional instances of substandard goods. Except in cases where items are completely broken in half,

Without hkdaigou.pro compensation
We will clearly indicate whether or not hkdaigou.pro insurance is included when providing a quote. If hkdaigou.pro insurance is not included, we will take steps to resolve issues such as the product not arriving or the wrong product arriving, but we will not provide any compensation or refunds under any circumstances.
Regarding cancellations
We cannot accept cancellations or partial cancellations after an order has been placed, for any reason including delayed delivery or no longer needing the item. We also cannot accept cancellations or returns after the item has been delivered.
